What it's about: Four lifelong friends share their stories of love, heartbreak, success and failure while sharing the one magical pair of jeans that fits all of them and brings each her own brand of luck.

The Kid Attractor Factor: Young actresses America Ferrera, Alexis Bledel, Amber Tamblyn and Blake Lively, and assorted cute boys.

Good lessons/bad lessons: ”No one can ­diminish you but yourself.“

Violence: None.

Language: Very clean.

Sex: Yes, premarital, with consequences.

Drugs: Alcohol can lead to premarital sex, with consequences.

Parents' advisory: A little less boy crazy than the original Sisterhood, this one has the girls older and skews older in its messages and appeal. OK for 13 and older.
