Too busy playing video games to watch presidential ads on television? Sen. Barack Obama has found you, too, by becoming the first presidential candidate to buy ad space inside a game. Eighteen video games, including the Guitar Hero series and Madden 09, feature in-game ads from the Obama campaign in the final weeks before the election.

New 'Guitar Hero' set list

Guitar Hero: World Tour launches Sunday with a track list that includes more than 80 songs. All are master recordings. The game, like Rock Band, now includes other instruments — in this case, a microphone and drums.

Embedded Quran quotes prompt recall of game

Considered by many to be the most intriguing PlayStation 3 game of the year, Sony's LittleBigPlanet unfortunately got a little too intriguing recently. An early reviewer discovered a few quotes from the Quran embedded in a musical track, prompting a Muslim group to protest their inclusion because of a belief that the verses of the sacred book should not be mixed with music.
